Our team have been working tirelessly to keep Eledent a clean and safe environment for you.

As a dental practice, we work in an environment where the prevention of the spread of a whole range of infections is woven into everything we do.  In addition to our usual scrupulous cross infection control measures, we have been paying particularly close attention to all the government guidance and updates related more specifically to the Coronavirus.

Given the unprecedented situation in the UK regarding the rapidly spreading COVID-19 virus, we have been given clinical guidance by British Dental Association and Chief Dental Officer of England as well as Faculty of General Dental Practice. This guidance is produced to protect our valued patients and staff.

We have been advised to cease all routine dental treatments and any treatment that may create aerosols (fine spray) as this can increase the risk and spread of this virus. Virtually all procedures in dentistry create aerosols.

As per guidance we are now only able to provide emergency dental care for life threatening dental infections and swellings, Trauma and Severe dental and facial pain for patients who are not in isolation with symptoms or in isolation with family members with symptoms.

Looking after the health of our patients is our absolute priority.

The clinic is operating with restricted opening hours and with regret, we cannot see any patients without prior arrangement due to government advice. We would be grateful if you would not attend unannounced. Online booking services are temporarily suspended.

As a team, we are doing everything we possibly can to remain fit, well and able to work so that we can continue to our usual high standard of dental care.
